Currency and prices

All store prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD).

The final order total, including applicable taxes, shipping charges, and discounts, is shown at checkout before you submit payment.

Accepted payment methods

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may vary by device, location, order, or payment provider. Select one of the methods shown for your order.

We do not ask customers to send payment card details by email or telephone.

Payment authorization

Your payment provider may request additional verification when you place an order.

Depending on the payment method, an authorization or charge may appear before shipment. A payment authorization or charge does not, by itself, confirm that an order has been accepted or dispatched.

Order processing normally begins after payment is confirmed. An order acknowledgment confirms that we received your request. Shipment confirmation confirms acceptance as described in our Terms of Service.

Declined payments and pending charges

If payment is declined, check your billing details, available funds, and any verification request from your bank or payment provider.

A declined or incomplete attempt may leave a temporary authorization. Your provider determines when that hold is released.

If you are unsure whether an order was completed, contact us before trying repeatedly.

If you believe you were charged twice, send us the order number and relevant transaction dates without disclosing full card details.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

For returned items, we issue an approved refund within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the return. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the funds.

Refunds for canceled or unshipped orders follow the applicable cancellation and shipping-delay requirements.
