Products and use
We sell pet home essentials, including storage accessories, feeding mats, towels, furniture throws, crate mats, and blankets.
Please read the product description, dimensions, included contents, and care instructions before ordering. Dimensions are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.
Minor display or lighting differences may affect how colors appear, but products must still match their description in all material respects. Unless listed as included, pets, furniture, bowls, toys, and other lifestyle props are not part of the purchase.
Use products for their stated purpose and supervise pets as appropriate. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent disease.
Do not assume a product is chew-proof, orthopedic, waterproof, or suitable for direct food contact unless the product information expressly supports that claim. Discontinue use if an item becomes damaged.
Orders and payment

An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your request; acceptance is confirmed when we send shipment confirmation.
If we cannot fulfill an order because of unavailability, payment failure, suspected fraud, or a material listing error, we will notify you and promptly refund any amount collected for canceled items.

Changes in price apply to future orders. If an obvious pricing error affects an order that has not been accepted, we will seek your agreement to the corrected price or cancel and refund it rather than charge more without your consent.
