FURLEVANE is operated by FURRYSTONE LIVING LLC. We accept eligible return and exchange requests within 30 calendar days after delivery.
Return eligibility
For a change-of-mind return, items must be unused, unwashed, clean, free of pet hair and odors, and complete with all included components. Please use the original packaging where available, or suitable protective packaging.
These conditions do not exclude claims for items that arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from their description.
How to request a return
Email support@furlevane.com with your order number and the item you wish to return or exchange. If there is a product problem, describe it and include photographs where available.
We will provide return instructions, the correct return address, and a prepaid return shipping label.
Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct destination. Our published business address should not be used as a return destination unless confirmed in our instructions.
Free returns and exchanges
We cover return postage for approved returns and exchanges within our U.S. delivery service area, including eligible change-of-mind returns. We also cover shipment of an approved replacement.
There are no restocking fees, return handling fees, or exchange postage fees.
Exchanges depend on availability. Any difference in item price will be explained before an exchange is completed. If a replacement is unavailable, we will offer a refund.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Contact us as soon as you discover a problem. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund without charging you return or replacement postage. Please stop using a damaged item if continued use could be unsafe.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the outcome and issue an approved refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post it.
For an approved full-order return, we refund the amount paid for the returned products and the original standard shipping charge.
For a partial return, the original shipping charge is not normally refunded unless the return results from our error or a product fault. Applicable taxes are adjusted with the refund. We do not retroactively charge shipping because a partial return reduces the retained order value.
Order cancellations
Contact us promptly if you need to cancel. If we can stop your order before dispatch, we will cancel it and refund the amount paid. Once dispatched, the return procedure applies.
Refund timing for canceled or unshipped orders will follow applicable requirements.
This policy does not limit rights or remedies available under applicable law.
