Shipping policy

Delivery area

We deliver to eligible addresses within the United States. Available destinations are shown at checkout. We do not currently offer international delivery.

If checkout does not offer a shipping method for your address, we cannot currently accept delivery to that destination.

Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders are not normally processed or dispatched on weekends or holidays. Orders placed outside business hours begin processing on the next business day.

Standard shipping rates

Orders below $50.00: $3.00 standard shipping.
Orders of $50.00 or more: free standard shipping.

The threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes and shipping. All amounts are in U.S. dollars. Any applicable sales tax is displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimates

Standard transit time is estimated at 5–8 business days after dispatch. Including order processing, the estimated total time is 6–10 business days.

These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier disruptions, severe weather, and holidays may affect delivery.

Tracking and delivery issues

We will send shipment confirmation and tracking information to the email address provided with your order. Tracking may take time to update after a label is created.

Please check your address before checkout. Contact support@furlevane.com promptly if you need an address correction or if a shipment appears lost, damaged, or incorrectly marked delivered.

We will investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution. A tracking scan alone does not automatically determine the outcome of a delivery claim.

Shipping delays and cancellations

If we cannot dispatch within the promised processing period, we will contact you with an updated estimate and the option to accept the delay or cancel for a refund, as required by applicable law.

Returns and exchanges

Approved returns and exchanges receive free postage under our Return & Refund Policy.
